3)To make sure greenhouse suits the customers' special condition,and will specially design greenhouse for customers.
4) Provide greenhouse products' package methods, outputs of factory, outsourcing plants and Minimum Order Quantity;
5) Offer samples as customers'requests, sample costs and their transportation fees are determined by both parts.
2. Sale service:
1) Introduce greenhouse products,solutions and company to customers;
2) Display greenhouse products (provide samples or demonstrate product, introduce production workshops, production process, etc. when customers visit);
3) Confirm prices, order quantity, lead time, trading terms;
4) Confirm product packing and shipping marks;
5) Confirm orders and follow up the order production ,control the quality until the goods are delivered to the customers' designated locations;
6) Provide other consultations of products and trading terms;
3. After-sale service:
1) Trace and follow-up orders for products’ safety and complete delivery;
2) Identify damaged parts and discuss the compensation;
3) If customer donot know how to import gods from China,S&J Greenhouse can also help you to fix it.We will help you to clean customs and carry the greenhouse to your door if necessary.
